iDo Notepad Pro (Journal/Diary) App Reviews

I write a lot and this app does everything I need it to do. One of the few apps that actually does what it claims. A good buy!

Just what I needed. I am so glad to have it in place of Apples notepad that does nothing.

I like the app and it functions well. I am writing this because The way to contact them with a specific question is not made easy. I wanted to contact them and let them know there is a bug. I moved serval journals to another folder and after the move I noticed that the date of the journal changed from the entry date to the date of the move. Too bad because now i have lost all concept of time in my journals .

Ive used this app for several years. No problems. However, I just opened the app for the first time in several months. Not only was it not password protected, ALL of my data was completely gone! As if I just purchased the app today! I have no idea where my info is or how long it has been missing. Im going to see if it is backed up someplace but, rest assured, if I do find out what happened, I will NOT be using this application again!

I had a few journals/diaries in school but I havent journeyed in over 50 years. I was recently talking to a friend in her 30s and she was saying that she journals every day. She feels that it keeps her better organized and more focused. This is a great app. I looked at a lot of them and feel this is the best!!

And this app is so easy and makes it simple to write and change anything I need.

Works well for the normal thighs and use. If you ask it to do something that isnt a normal everyday thing then you start running into problems. Other than that its a great app.

Through the updates, this app is once again one of my favorites and my most favorite for note taking. What I would like to see change is, as I move a document into a designated file, e there would be an indication that I am dropping it into the right folder. It would also be nice to show which file is open somewhere on the tool bar. Thank you for making a great, functional, easy to use app.

I was looking for an app that would be comparable to windows notepad to capture quick ideas. I do blogs and social media for a living. This app has more features and is more complex than most word processors. If youre looking for a simple note pad this app is not for you.

Too many flaws and bugs to waste any more time on this app.
